Companies are currently facing significant changes in how they manage their operations and develop their skills, primarily due to increasing this process of digitization. In particular, the management of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is the essential key to performance in banking activities. In this context, it is crucial for each company to recognize the importance of ICTs in improving the performance of its human resources (HR) and achieving better results. Following a qualitative approach based on fourth (40) interviews with bankers utilizing technologies in the Moroccan context. The adoption of this methodological approach has allowed us to draw solid conclusions about workplace learning in banks. The results of this study show us that the use of ICTs in Moroccan banking institutions has a strategic character and it is in favor of learning for banking HR at the personal level (skills development, etc.) and collective level (group work, problem solving with clients, etc.) at work within Moroccan banks. However, the success of this learning process depends on the presence of a learning culture and a willingness to engage in training within HR, thereby promoting this practice within the company.
