Abstract

Warfarin therapy in Sub-Saharan Africa is associated with considerable bleeding and thromboembolic risks. The robustness of these findings was confirmed through meta-regression and sensitivity analyses, underscoring the need for improved therapeutic monitoring and safety strategies in this population.
