Virulence and Antimicrobial resistence factor of selected horse-feces-associated and phytase source bacterial strains

Abstract

This dataset contains the safety assessment results for horse-feces-associated, phytase-source bacterial species. To balance candidate phytases with source species diversity, 9 representative query proteomes were selected based on the highest PC1 value from each unique bacterial species. PC1 is principal component dimension 1, the value represents suitable physicochemical properties and secretory nature of phytases for poultry gut condition.The proteomes of the selected bacterial species were screened against global safety databases to determine whether they harbor potential toxins or antibiotic resistance traits, supporting their suitability for whole-cell or genetic-engineering applications in monogastric animal nutrition.
