this article examines the transformation of urban public spaces and the evolving morphology of the urban environment. As cities expand and redevelop, public spaces undergo significant changes influenced by infrastructural developments, architectural interventions, and socio-economic dynamics. These transformations not only reshape the physical layout of urban areas but also affect the cultural, economic, and social fabric of communities. In this context, it becomes essential for urban planners, managers, and stakeholders to adopt innovative tools and methods to understand and guide this evolution. Among these tools, artificial intelligence (AI) stands out as a powerful means to monitor, analyse, and control the changing morphology of urban space. AI technologies enable the collection and processing of vast urban data, allowing for predictive modelling, pattern recognition, and real-time evaluation of urban interventions. The integration of AI with sustainable urban design, smart infrastructure, and participatory planning enhances the ability to create inclusive, functional, and adaptive public spaces. Creative approaches, such as interactive installations, green zones, and artistic displays, contribute to revitalisation efforts.
