This study explores university management strategies for procuring school facilities in Nigeria. The country's universities face significant challenges in providing adequate facilities, hindering academic excellence and students' learning outcomes. This research identifies effective management strategies for procuring school facilities, including needs assessment, budgeting, tendering, and sustainability considerations. It also highlights the importance of transparency, accountability and capacity building in ensuring efficient and effective facility procurement. The study provides recommendations for university managers, policymakers, and stakeholders to improve facility procurement processes and enhance the quality of education in Nigerian universities
