Sustainable economic development in today’s competitive world hinges on the contribution of dynamic business structures. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute a major force in the world economy. Their contribution is essential for economic progress and social stability especially in developing countries. Their role can differ in depends on the attitude, skills, and effectiveness of individual entrepreneurs and employees. In this vein, This research intends to analyze how Total Quality Management (TQM) practices influence employee effectiveness within Moroccan SMEs. Adopting a quantitative research design, the analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS software. The results highlight the role of TQM not only as a tool for improving operations but also as a strategic driver of human capital development in SMEs.
