Abstract

Despite a low incidence of DSTRs, a notable prevalence of RBC alloimmunization was observed among patients with hematological malignancies. These findings underscore the need to strengthen pre-transfusion antibody testing to prevent hemolytic complications and improve transfusion outcomes in this population.
