The impact of collaboration on supply chain performance in the aerospace industry: Exploring the mediating role of knowledge sharing

Abstract

The aerospace sector in Morocco has become significant, playing a crucial role in the country's economy. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are essential practices within the supply chain, particularly for industrial enterprises such as aerospace, which aid in enhancing their performance. Our article aims to examine The Impact of Supply Chain Collaboration on Supply Chain Performance in the Aerospace Industry: Exploring the Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing. A questionnaire was distributed to 130 managers and logistics directors working in companies specialized in the aerospace industry. The methodological approach was based on quantitative methods, and hypothesis testing and validation were conducted using structural equation modeling. The results of our study indicate that supply chain collaboration positively impacts supply chain performance, mediated by knowledge sharing.
