Chatbots, acting as intermediaries between human users and machines, deliver suitable responses based on human input. The integration of Chatbot systems into education, facilitated by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, has emerged as a promising avenue for delivering personalized services to both institutional staff and students. Despite the increasing adoption of Chatbots in educational contexts, a comprehensive understanding of their implementation remains elusive. The review examines the utilization of Chatbots in education, encompassing insights into existing studies, and categorizing the approaches employed.
