In Ethiopia, hot pepper is an important cash crop for smallholder farmers and export earnings. However, its production is threatened by Fusarium wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. capsici, leading up to 80% yield loss. To address this issue, the pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of Trichoderma Isolates and Hot Pepper Varieties for Management of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. capsici.Factorial combinations of four hot pepper varieties (Marko Fana, Melka Awaze, Challa (PBC-602), and local) with three Trichoderma isolates (T. Asperellum Tri- 9 and Tri-26) and untreated were laid down in complete randomized design with three replications.
