The association between single-nucleotide polymorphisms of FDPS Rs2297480 and MECP2 Rs2734647 genes and the susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis in Egyptian patients

Abstract

For rheumatoid arthritis, the FDPS (rs2297480) TT genotype seemed to be protective. An increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis was linked to the MECP2 (rs2734647) TT genotype, but the CC genotype seemed to be protective against the condition.
