book chapter
The world is currently grappling with environmental pollution. Waste materials can be biologically changed into a form that other creatures can use, which is the idea behind bioremediation. Microorganisms offer a promising solution due to their exceptional metabolic activity and ability to thrive in diverse environmental conditions. Their wide range of nutrients makes them suitable for the bioremediation of environmental pollutants. Microorganism-based magnetic sorbents are essential for the removal and breakdown of many kinds of physical and chemical waste. This chapter elaborates on the potential and practical applications of magnetic sorbents as environmentally friendly materials for addressing environmentalcontamination issues.
