Supporting Dataset for the Synthesis, Characterization and Antimicrobial Studies of Chalcone Derivatives.

Abstract

This dataset contains supporting experimental materials generated during the synthesis, characterization, and antimicrobial evaluation of four chalcone derivatives, designated as compounds A–D. The dataset includes FTIR spectra, GC-MS spectra, photographs of the synthesized compounds, agar well diffusion assay images, and raw results for zone of inhibition (ZOI), minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). The dataset is provided as supporting information for the associated research work and to facilitate transparency and reproducibility.
