Strategic Implementation of Knowledge Management Systems in Moroccan Public Administration: Guidelines and Key Success Factors

Abstract

This study identifies key success factors for implementing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) in Moroccan public administration and proposes actionable guidelines for their deployment. It assesses the effectiveness of existing models, emphasizing the importance of tailored technological infrastructure, strategic management support, and cultural adaptability. The paper outlines guidelines integrating global best practices with local needs to enhance public sector efficiency and decision-making. Future research directions are suggested to refine KMS integration and sustainability.
