Abstract In this paper, we propose a fractional order SEIHR pandemic model of Covid-19 that describesthe spreadability of Corona virus within a population. We prove the global existence, positivity, and bound-edness of solutions. In addition, the local and the global stability of the disease-free equilibrium and thedisease equilibrium are studied by using Routh-Hurwitz criteria and construction an appropriate Lyapunovfunctions. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to verify the theoretical results.
