Abstract

This repository contains datasets and Python scripts supporting an in silico protocol for predicting genetic biomarkers in rare diseases. Files included in the ZIP file: 1,890-predicted-SNPs.tsv: contains all predicted SNPs along with their detailed information. Significant-SNPs.tsv: contains predicted significant SNPs with their detailed information. Project-script.py: Python script used to build the machine learning prediction model. 1.py and 2.py: Python scripts used for model validation. License: CC-BY 4.0
