SLNP-based CDK4- targeted nanotherapy against glioblastoma

Abstract

Our results indicated that Sil and SLNP-Sil are promising therapeutic approaches against glioblastoma and merit <i>in vivo</i> experimental verification using orthotropic xenograft mouse models against glioblastoma.
