The authors should review Table 1 to clearly show the weight of rats on day 1 (prior to feeding the rats the high-fat diet) and the weight on day 28 of the high-fat diet, as well as the weight of rats after administration of STZ on days 22 and 27.The present information in Table 1 does not distinguish these days. .Authors should provide the constituents of the high-fat diet fed to the rats. .What is the rationale for using both STZ and a high-fat diet to induce T2DM?Why is STZ used alongside a high-fat diet to induce T2DM, given that it selectively attacks beta pancreatic cells? .Instead of providing the results in bullet form, provide concise statements that highlight each segment. .Figures should not have titles above and below the gures presenting the information.Insert titles below and follow with the appropriate legend for the gure.
