Review of: "Agile Management as a Virtuous Practice: Integrating Ancient Greek Philosophy into Contemporary Organizational Theory"

Abstract

This manuscript presents an original and intellectually engaging attempt to reconceptualize Agile Management through the lens of classical virtue ethics.By drawing on Aristotelian and Stoic philosophy, the authors move beyond a purely instrumental understanding of Agile and propose the Virtuous Agile Paradigm (VAP) as a normative framework encompassing leadership, organizational, epistemic, and teleological dimensions. The paper is thought-provoking and makes a valuable interdisciplinary contribution.
