Abstract

IDEAS for Hope is a feasible and acceptable intervention that reduced suicide risk and improved HIV care engagement in this cohort. A larger clinical trial will be powered to determine comparative effectiveness, evaluate mechanisms of change, and inform future implementation strategies.
