Reproducibility materials for "Pre-departure forecasting of newly generated railway delay in Finland: locked temporal validation, frozen future-year replication, and geographic transfer limits

Abstract

This record provides reproducibility materials supporting a study of pre-departure forecasting of newly generated railway delay in Finland. It contains the primary analysis code archive, post-lock analysis scripts, frozen model and calibration artifacts, prespecified 2025 replication contracts, aggregate replication and bootstrap outputs, source-reconstruction metadata, geographic-fold definitions, environmental-transfer summary data, figure-generation code, and exports of the final reported tables. Railway observations originate from Fintraffic Digitraffic and meteorological observations from the Finnish Meteorological Institute open-data service. Row-level derived operational records and row-level prediction files are not redistributed; source data must be reacquired under the current terms of the source services.
