The solar still is an energy-saving desalination system that has been used for years to alleviate the water shortage that the world has been suffering in recent times. In order to control the efficiency and productivity of the solar still and reduce maintenance costs, it is necessary to use a remote monitoring system based on Artificial Intelligence. The monitoring system monitors the production in real time and allows to control its evolution online and the quality of the fresh water while checking the environmental, design and operating parameters. This work aims to improve the daily production of a low-cost solar still by monitoring key parameters online using Artificial Intelligence.
