This study examines the evolving threat landscape of Remote Access Trojans (RATs), focusing on their architecture, deployment mechanisms, and impacts on cyber security. By leveraging a Telegram bot as a case study, the discovery of a new RAT architecture that highlights the ease of unauthorized remote control and data extraction from compromised devices. Through careful analysis, the demonstrate the potential for significant harm and underscore the critical need for advanced detection and mitigation strategies. Our findings contribute to the broader cyber security community's understanding of RATs, offering insights into their operational mechanisms and suggesting practical defense approaches to counteract these malicious threats effectively.
