Encapsulated papillary carcinoma (EPC) of the breast, while rare, presents unique diagnostic and management challenges. This report sheds light on two exceptional cases of EPC, diverging from typical clinical presentations. The first case involves a male patient, while the second exhibits an unusual upfront manifestation with metastasis. Through detailed clinical examinations, imaging modalities, and histopathological analyses, both cases underscore the importance of thorough evaluation and tailored treatment strategies in managing this rare malignancy.
