This manuscript reports decay-corrected measurements of radon-222 activity concentrations in drinking water from the Kumasi municipal distribution system and associated groundwater sources. Measurements were performed using Lucas-cell degassing and scintillation counting, with full uncertainty propagation and radiological risk assessment. The study establishes a baseline for environmental radioactivity surveillance in Ghana.
