The main objective of this research was to determine the priorities of the extension work at Kafr el- shalikh governorate in the sustainable agriculture field. A Desouk district was chosen from ten districts. A Elnwaiga village was randomly chosen from villages of the district. According Kerejcie and Morgan equation selected 327 respondents as random sample. The data were collected by the personal questionnaire. The main results were that the most important priorities to the extension work in the implementation of the farmers for some the studied sustainable agriculture practices: the use of windbreaks, The use of biological control, the use of biological fertilizers and plant nutrients, the addition of agricultural gypsum to the soil, the lining of its wetlands, the addition of useful liquid for agricultural wastes, the use of the agricultural cycle, Every three years, the purification of canals from the weeds, the use of green manure, the work of compost or compost, the use of mechanical control, the work of silage, the addition of municipal fertilizer, irrigation in the early morning or at night, and the solarization of the earth after each plowing, Reported that they did not implement these practices, 82.7%, 73.7%, 71.8%, 66%, 63%, 62.4%, 62.4%, 60%, 57.8%, 56.8%, 56.5%, 56.3%, 44.6% , 21.7%, 19.5%.
