This toolkit guides the reader through the ways in which stormwater ponds can be repurposed; how their water-related functions (specifically alleviation of localised flooding) can be extended to also include cleaning polluted stormwater and increasing infiltration to the groundwater while at the same time becoming biodiversity and recreational hubs and supporting human wellbeing - all of which contribute to liveable, resilient cities.
