Abstract

Quantitative DIA analysis discovered Mtb proteins/peptides in serum-derived EVs that were differentially abundant in individuals with early, asymptomatic TB. These findings highlight their potential as biomarkers and provide insight into host-pathogen interactions during subclinical infection.
