Supplementary dataset of the article "One Hundred Volumes of Neutrosophic Sets and Systems: a Bibliometric Retrospective and a Neutrosophic Framework for Dispersed Citation Evidence (2013-2026)", published in Neutrosophic Sets and Systems, Vol. 100 (2026). It contains the complete bibliometric corpus of the journal: 2,895 articles across 100 volumes published between 2013 and 2026 (cutoff August 2026), with 25 metadata fields per article, 4,570 disambiguated authors, fourteen derived analytical tables, the ten figures of the article and the full extraction pipeline. The corpus was assembled by combining date-sliced OAI-PMH harvesting, crawling of the issue archive and article-level metadata retrieval; author names were disambiguated by a union-find algorithm that reduced 5,570 raw signature forms to 4,570 unique authors; and a sample of 50 articles was matched against OpenAlex to quantify the dispersion of citation records. The authors of the study are editors of the journal analysed, and the dataset is published in full precisely so that the findings can be reproduced or contested by third parties. Known limitations are documented in README.md. Data and derived tables are released under CC BY 4.0; the code in scripts/ under the MIT Licence.
