New Approach: Intelligent System-Based Object Detection in Smart Parking

Abstract

We propose a cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT)-powered intelligent parking system and employs a Raspberry Pi model-based camera for accurate vehicle detection. A wireless sensor network is used to gather machine-to-machine (M2M) data from the Raspberry Pi and transmit it to the server using the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) communication protocol. The model has been trained using deep learning techniques.
