Near-complete genome sequence of a reassortant fish nervous necrosis virus isolated from a European sea bass ( <i>Dicentrarchus labrax</i> ) in Tunisia

Abstract

ABSTRACT European seabass ( Dicentrarchus labrax ) from a Tunisian farm showed signs of viral nervous necrosis. Sequencing revealed a reassortant Betanodavirus combining RNA1 from Betanodavirus epinepheli and RNA2 from Betanodavirus pseudocarangis .
