Technology has significantly accelerated digital entrepreneurship, enabling rapid business establishment. As digital firms increase, understanding the obstacles their founders face and the factors contributing to their success becomes crucial. This study identifies key barriers and highlights the role of human and social capital in overcoming them. Major challenges include difficulty in finding skilled workers, rising competition, limited financial resources, data security concerns, and the need for consumer engagement beyond digital platforms. These issues can hinder business growth and sustainability. By leveraging networks, skills, and relationships, entrepreneurs can better navigate these obstacles.
