Naso-mucociliary Clearance Time among Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis in Ilorin, North-central Nigeria

Abstract

Compared to the control group, there was a roughly 200% prolonged increase in the duration of naso-mucociliary clearance time among patients with rhinosinusitis. There was also a positive correlation with increasing age. Future studies comparing the pre-operative and post-operative treatment of rhinosinusitis will contribute to knowledge.
