This research aims to model of the computer program called PV- FC SYSTEM a software program was created using MATLAB R2021a version 9.10.0.16 Using C++ writing language., It a computer program capable of predicting the performance of the hybrid system of renewable energy for solar energy used during the day and fuel cell energy used at night., The hybrid solar-proton exchange membrane fuel cells system as a renewable energy system consists mainly of three main units, Solar panels, hydrogen electrolyzer unit and fuel cells. In this study, it was concluded that the mathematical model can achieve results in high agreement with the practical experiments. The mathematical model may be super predictive by 92.29% for solar cells and by 82.93% for hydrogen fuel cells, which are good results to some extent. As for verifying the results of hydrogen production, we find that when using a water electrolyzer with a surface area of 100 cm2, it becomes clear that the mathematical model is super-predictive by 89.82%. It was also cleared that the mathematical model is super-predictive by 80.17% and 88.92% when using a water electrolyzer with a surface area of 200 cm2 and 300 cm2, respectively.
