Chlamydia exists as a well-known sexually transmitted infection which affects global public health at a large scale because of its spread despite going unnoticed by many people. The study constructed a fractional-order mathematical framework for chlamydia transmission which integrates protected intimacy intervention into its model. The Laplace Adomian Decomposition Method allows analytical solution of the model which produces a speedy infinite series solution. By using fractional-order calculus study can simulate the memory skills and historical disease progression that better model biological systems. The simulation results show that using fractional dynamics with protected intimacy as an integration strategy leads to substantial rate reductions of infections. Graphical analysis proves that the model can be regarded as reliable and effective, considering the model’s opportunities for use in the development of public health strategies. Fractional-order modeling provides value to the development of improved methods for controlling sexually transmitted infections based on the research findings.
