The present article has enabled the implementation of a model universal voice translation into african languages for hospitals in the event of a pandemic. From the Covid-19 pandemic to the deadly earthquake that devastated Morocco, the integration of voice translation systems plays a crucial role in pandemic situations. In Senegal and many African countries, the official languages of the United Nations are the languages most widely spoken by doctors in hospitals. During the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a problem of language barriers between doctors and the general public, and a lack of voice translation systems. The objective of this article is to develop an artificial intelligence based speech translation model for African languages. The methodology involves creating a speech translation model using a corpus of data related to preventive measures in the event of new pandemics. For our case study, we proposed a voice translation system with a generic model applicable to an African language. The model can be used for pandemic prevention measures at events such as the Africa Cup of Nations or the World Cup. We developed a voice translation system model for hospitals that will overcome language barriers and reduce the mortality rate in the event of a pandemic.
