book chapter
Our research explores the motivations, challenges, and actions of companies in terms of practices that are more attractive and beneficial to the environment. By analyzing the literature on their conduct in terms of sustainable development, this chapter sheds light on the factors responsible for the successful implementation of CSR and its communication, studying their impact on the sustainability of the company and its decision-making processes. To this end, we are developing a conceptual framework in which we examine the links between CSR strategies and the dynamics and benefits of collective action that underpins their design and success. Our ambition is to shed light on the challenges of collaboration between companies and their stakeholders who engage in different CSR strategies and practices, seeking convergence among the factors that support the successful implementation of corporate sustainability.
