ABSTRACT Using silica sulfuric acid as a catalyst, a straightforward, effective, and environmentally acceptable method has been established for the synthesis of hexahydro‐acridine‐1,8‐dione integrating sulfamethoxazole under both standard heating and microwave‐assisted reaction conditions.
