This paper proposes a deterministic model of TB transmission in the Adamaoua area of Cameroon, taking into account both pulmonary and extrapulmonary infections. The best model is determined using real data from 2015 to 2022, and is built with integer and fractional-order derivatives. This research shows the existence and uniqueness of solutions, computes the basic reproduction number [Formula: see text], and analyzes the asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point without tuberculosis. The calibration of the model with real data from the Adamoua region yields [Formula: see text], indicating that TB is endemic in the region. Numerical simulations are used to validate the theoretical conclusions.
