Management of eyelids’ primary malignancies

Abstract

The anatomical and functional features of the eyelids require a good reconstruction of the transfixion eyelid defect. Many reconstruction methods are available, allowing extensive and complex palpebral repairs. Oncologic prognosis is conditioned by the surgical quality.
