In radar and communication systems, accurate Doppler detection is essential for identifying the relative velocity of moving targets. This paper presents a novel, cost-effective filter bank design tailored to improve Doppler detection accu-racy. The proposed approach focuses on optimizing the signal processing chain to enhance target detection while maintaining low hardware complexity. By leveraging an adaptive filter bank architecture, this design achieves significantly higher frequency resolution and reduced computational overhead compared to conventional approaches. Simulation and hardware implemen-tation results demonstrate the design's robustness under varying operational conditions. These results validate its potential as a practical solution for real-time Doppler detection applications.
