Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a key approach for managing and optimizing networks by decoupling the control plane from the data plane, allowing for centralized and dynamic management through software. While SDN improves traffic optimization and load balancing, it faces challenges such as single points of failure, latency issues, packet disorder, and overhead. This study introduces a Resource Management Scheme for Efficient Load Balancing to address these issues by reducing latency, minimizing packet loss, and maintaining network continuity during traffic spikes. Experimental results demonstrated significant improvements in latency and packet loss, leading to enhanced network performance and better quality-of-service metrics.
