This study aimed to assess knowledge and attitudes regarding uterus transplantation (Utx) among Tunisian women in a context where this procedure has never been clinically performed, and to identify the factors influencing them. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 402 Tunisian women using a structured questionnaire. Data were collected on sociodemographic characteristics, reproductive history, and prior awareness of UTx. Knowledge was assessed through a standardized score, and attitudes were evaluated using a Likert scale. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS, employing t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation to examine associations. This submission has been anonymized prior to deposit.
