Job satisfaction and associated factors among midwives, southwest, Ethiopia

Abstract

Midwives are the key service providers of care and support for mothers and newborns in the patient care units in Ethiopia. However, these midwives have received little research attention in Ethiopia. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine job satisfaction and the associated factors among midwives in southwest Ethiopia.
