This study investigated the link between intrapreneurship and diversification in small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). Simple random sampling was used to choose 158 responders from a population of 262. The study instruments underwent validation and reliability testing, yielding a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25.0. The data was summarized using mean statistics, and the hypotheses were tested using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient at a significance threshold of findings 0.05%.The indicate a considerable positive link between intrapreneurship and diversification among SMEs. The study also found that SMEs with a high level of intrapreneurship diversified more than those with a low level. The study concludes that intrapreneurship important is driver an of diversification in SMEs. The study shows that SMEs should use intrapreneurial strategies to boost their diversification efforts. Based on the findings, the study suggests that SMEs promote intrapreneurship by fostering innovative management, proactivity, and risk-taking, as well as diversifying their products and services to lessen reliance on a single market or industry.
