Innovation pédagogique et performance universitaire : vers un nouveau management de l'enseignement supérieur.

Abstract

Résumé L’enseignement supérieur fait face à des transformations profondes liées à la digitalisation, à la diversification desprofils étudiants et à la nécessité d’améliorer la performance institutionnelle. Dans ce contexte, cette recherchevise à analyser l’impact des méthodes pédagogiques innovantes : classe inversée, apprentissage par projet,gamification et blended learning, sur la performance des étudiants et sur le management universitaire.L’étude s’appuie sur une démarche empirique mobilisant un échantillon d’étudiants et d’enseignants issusd’université marocaine, à travers des données combinant entretiens semi-directifs, observations et indicateurspédagogiques.Les premiers résultats montrent une amélioration notable de l’engagement, de la motivation et de l’autonomie desétudiants, ainsi que des différences perceptibles selon les méthodes utilisées, les approches actives étantgénéralement les plus efficaces. L’analyse met également en évidence des effets positifs sur la qualité pédagogiqueet la dynamique organisationnelle.Sur le plan managérial, l’étude propose des pistes concrètes pour intégrer ces innovations dans les dispositifs depilotage de la qualité, le développement professionnel des enseignants et la gouvernance des établissementsd’enseignement supérieur.Mots-clés : Innovation pédagogique - Management universitaire - Performance étudiante - Apprentissage actif -Transformation institutionnelle.JEL Classification : I29, M10, O32, O33Type du papier : Recherche empiriqueAbstractHigher education is undergoing profound transformations driven by digitalization, the diversification of studentprofiles, and the growing need to enhance institutional performance. In this context, this study aims to analyze theimpact of innovative pedagogical approaches—namely flipped classroom, project-based learning, gamification,and blended learning—on student performance and university management.The research is based on an empirical approach involving a sample of students and teachers from Moroccanuniversities. It relies on a mixed-methods design combining semi-structured interviews, classroom observations,and pedagogical indicators.The findings reveal a significant improvement in student engagement, motivation, and autonomy, with noticeabledifferences depending on the teaching methods used. Active learning approaches appear to be the most effectivein fostering meaningful learning experiences. The analysis also highlights positive effects on teaching quality andorganizational dynamics.From a managerial perspective, the study provides practical recommendations for integrating pedagogicalinnovations into quality management systems, professional development of teachers, and governance processes inhigher education institutions.Keywords : pedagogical innovation - university management -student performance - active learning - institutionaltransformation.Classification JEL : I29, M10, O32, O33Paper type : Empirical Research
