In the context of Industry 4.0, integrating IoT, AI, and big data introduces complexity in industrial systems, often worsened by a lack of focus on management aspects, resulting in operational silos and inefficient decision-making. This paper presents the ‘Industrial DevOps Soft’ framework, structured in layers, which exploits DevOps methodologies into industrial environments to enhance collaboration between IT infrastructure and production systems. By promoting continuous automation, data-driven processes, and effective project execution through CI/CD pipelines and low-code platforms, the framework aims to streamline operations and enhance strategic decision-making. Ultimately, it provides a structured approach for organizations to achieve operational excellence and adapt to future shifts, including Industry 5.0.
