This research examines the ontological and ethical challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including cognitive atrophy and the erosion of truth. Grounded in Socio-Technical Systems and Value Sensitive Design, the study distinguishes between AI’s syntactic logic and human semantic moral agency. To address gaps in global governance, the study introduces the5-P Strategic Frameworkto buildAI literacyand theV.A.L.U.E. Frameworkto provide actionablehuman-in-the-loopprotocols. These models provide a roadmap for technological stewardship to guide users toverify outputs, prioritizeethical reasoning, and ensure thatautomationremains subservient tohuman dignity in an automated era.
