A curated mapping of 13,119 Egyptian drug products to DrugBank active-ingredient IDs, built from two public Egyptian drug datasets (Dawaey, ~13k entries; Egypt-drugs-database, ~26k entries). Each row contains Arabic and English brand names, manufacturer, parsed active ingredients, resolved DrugBank IDs (pipe-separated for combination drugs), dosage form, and therapeutic class. Resolution used active-ingredient string matching (Levenshtein + generic-name lookup) with manual verification for common ambiguities. 32.8% of Egyptian products were successfully mapped; the remainder are Egyptian-only formulations not in DrugBank. Intended use: bridges brand-name queries in the Egyptian pharmacopeia to the DrugBank-based HiKG-DDI model for interaction prediction. Associated code: https://github.com/Omarmahmoud711/Khemical
