Harnessing Innovation to Secure the Digital Financial Landscape for Sustainable Development Goals in Sub-Saharan Africa

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital advancements on financial sector security, emphasizing innovation management as a foundation for digitalization and sustainable prosperity in sub-Saharan Africa. It explores how technology influences financial markets, regulations, and supervision. Digital innovations enhance financial services, reduce costs, and improve efficiency but pose security risks requiring strong protections. Financial inclusion is a means to economic growth, not an end itself. Achieving sustainable development goals necessitates implementing digital initiatives and security measures by 2030.
